INDIAN LAND, SC The SOBA at Red Stone neighborhood was designed to expand the Red Ventures campus through the addition of on-site apartments. Pedestrian connections were designed between each of our buildings, main boulevards, courtyards, building entry points, lobbies and amenity areas to connect the Red Ventures Campus and the Red Stone development to our site. The Club amenities were designed as multi-functional, community based, co-working spaces full of interactive art, social media walls, local products and designed to be pet friendly as well. Additionally, each building has its own lobby and amenity area, smart delivery package systems, cold delivery storage and Uber Lounges. 3 of the 4 buildings have rooftop terraces to enhance the communal experience and offer views of the surrounding landscape. |
