WILMINGTON, NC Sawmill Point is located at the north end of Downtown Wilmington and is the terminus of the downtown riverfront boardwalk. The four-story "deck-wrap" style building is designed to provide large resort-style amenities facing the Cape Fear River and appeal to both younger professionals and empty nesters. The project even includes a free-standing "river shack" that provides amenities for the joint use of residents and boat owners at the on-property marina. |
