WOODFIELD NORTHLAKE
CHARLOTTE, NC This project is a hybrid of normal garden apartments and more urban "internal corridor" designs. The project is a mix of three story and three/four story split buildings, all walk-ups, as well as multi-level townhomes. The project includes two more "urban" buildings fronting the primary streetface and bracketing the lush pool courtyard area. The clubhouse and leasing center is built into the ground level of one of these two buildings and provides for a large covered porch that commands gracious views of the pool deck area. |
